Description (EN): Creating the local capacity system for development and improvement the quality level of the services provided by primary healthcare institutions of Dolyna (Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, Ukraine) and Baia Sprie (Maramures, Romania).

Expected Results (EN):

3200 It is expected that thanks to improvements made in PHC institutions of both cities (infrastructiure, equipment and competence of staff) and conducted informtional campaign the total number of appeals from the local population for the purpose of obtaining medical consultations and diagnostics will increase; 2 It is expected that thanks to the project implemetation the level of material and technical equipment of 2 PHC centers will be improved.

Expected Outputs (EN):

35971 population covered by improved health services as a direct consequence of programme support; 2 medical service infrastructure units improved. 3. The key barriers for development of the services provided by primary healthcare institutions of both cities and ways of its overcome identified. 4. The project activities and its budget, including the volumes of co-financing by each partner, identified and agreed.
